  • Valuation for business merger

    Municipalities - City of Maroondah and Shire of Yarra Ranges

    Purpose - As part of a proposed merger with a larger agency, a reliable market valuation of an established real estate business was required in order for the deal to be assessed by both parties to reach an agreement for the merger.

    A business valuation was required in order to  transfer value from outgoing shareholders to incoming shareholders.
